Pulse surveys and eNPS provide an ongoing snapshot of the organization—but sometimes you need to ask about something specific. With custom surveys in Wellstep365 Engage, you can create your own surveys to find out exactly what you want to know.

How Custom Surveys Work

Create the survey

Create a survey with your own questions—scale questions (1–5) or open-ended questions—organized in a way that makes the results easy to interpret.

Automatic Mailings

Surveys can be sent out automatically to the right target group—for example, to all new hires after a certain period of time. Perfect for hands-off onboarding follow-ups that require no manual administration.

Optional Anonymity

You decide whether the survey should be anonymous or not. Anonymous surveys yield honest answers to sensitive questions, while non-anonymous surveys make it possible to follow up on individual responses—for example, during an onboarding process.

Clear summary

The results are automatically compiled into clear views. For non-anonymous surveys, you can also view individual responses.

Part of the whole

Customized surveys complement pulse surveys and eNPS —you get both an ongoing overview and the ability to dive deeper into specific issues when the need arises. All on the same platform, with the same simple distribution process and responses that don’t require a login.
