What is a 360-degree evaluation?

A 360-degree evaluation provides feedback from multiple sources at the same time—for example, from your manager, colleagues, and direct reports. By combining these perspectives, you get a much more accurate picture than a single performance review can provide.

With 360 Reviews in Wellstep365 Engage, you can easily create evaluations, collect feedback, and present the results in clear reports. A valuable tool for the development of both individuals and teams.

How 360 Reviews Works

Create an evaluation

You can get started in three different ways: with a blank evaluation where you add your own categories and questions, by copying a previous evaluation, or by using our ready-made standard questions to get started quickly. The questions can be on a scale (1–5) or open-ended, and they can be organized into categories—such as communication, collaboration, or leadership.

Choose who will provide feedback

For each person being evaluated, you select respondent groups—such as managers, colleagues, direct reports, and self-assessment. This gives you a broad picture of how that person is perceived within the organization.

Send out the survey

Respondents receive a personalized link and answer directly in their web browser— no login is required.

View the results in a clear report

Once the responses have been submitted, the results are automatically compiled. The report shows ratings by category, comparisons between respondent groups, and free-text comments—and can easily be shared with the person who was evaluated.
