Pulse Surveys – Quick Feedback from Employees

Regular pulse surveys provide quick and concrete feedback from employees and make it possible to respond immediately to their needs. Short surveys are sent out, for example, every week or every other week via email, text message, or push notification—and employees can respond in just a few seconds, without having to log in.

Responses are always anonymous and are compiled in real time into clear visualizations featuring trends, heat maps, and AI-powered analysis. You can immediately see what’s working well, where there are issues, and which actions make the biggest difference.

eNPS – Measure Loyalty and Engagement

The Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is one of the most widely used metrics for measuring how employees perceive their workplace. With a single question—“How likely are you to recommend your workplace to a friend?”—you get a clear measure of engagement that can be tracked over time.

With Engage, you can easily send out eNPS surveys—for example, twice a year. Employees can add a comment to their response—always anonymously—and you can analyze the results by department or segment.

Terms and Conditions for Wellstep365 Engage

Wellstep365 Engage: 40 SEK per user per month.

Wellstep365 only (without Engage): 25 SEK per user per month.

Additional cost for text messages (optional delivery method): 0.5 SEK per text message.

Invoicing is done in advance.

Invoicing period: monthly (or as agreed).

The first invoice is based on the number of users at the start. Thereafter, invoicing is based on the number of active users on the last day of the month before the new invoicing period.

New users added during the period are invoiced in arrears on the next invoice.

Invoice payment terms: 30 days

The minimum number of paying users is 15.

The minimum contract term for Wellstep365 Engage is 6 months.

Notice must be given before the start of a new month, otherwise the next month will also be charged.

The subscription has a fixed term of six months. If the service is canceled during this period, it will be automatically terminated at the end of the six months. During the lock-in period, the minimum number of licenses that were active at start-up will be charged.

Termination must be made in writing to info@wellstep.se or directly to the contact person at Wellstep.
