Inspire healthy eating habits

Health initiative with a focus on diet

In today’s fast-paced society, sticking to good and healthy eating habits can be a challenge. Many of us struggle to find the time and motivation to eat nutritious food. Now, Wellstep is launching its Diet Challenge, which is designed to help participants make sustainable changes to their eating habits. Wellstep offers daily dietary assessments where participants report on the dietary challenges they have completed throughout the day. By reflecting on their choices each day, you will gain a deeper understanding of your eating habits and how you can improve them.

The key to good eating habits

The key to good eating habits is to eat more food from plants, in moderation and variety. Wellstep’s dietary advice and challenges are based on the Swedish National Food Agency’s recommendations, ensuring that you get a nutritious and balanced diet.

Included in the subscription

The Wellsteps dietary challenge is part of our subscription, which means that for one year you can choose freely between our various activity competitions and the dietary challenge.

How the diet challenge works

1

Dietary survey

The first step is to assess current eating habits. By answering a questionnaire, Wellstep can analyze eating habits and suggest which dietary challenges are most suitable and allow to focus on areas that really need improvement.

2

Choose challenges

Based on the responses to the dietary survey, different dietary challenges are recommended, ranging from eating one piece of fruit a day to choosing a vegetarian option at lunch. Dietary challenges can either be for one occasion or several days.

3

Report

During the dietary challenge, the participant completes the dietary challenges and a daily evaluation for the diet. The completed challenges and the daily evaluation provide dietary points that are summed up for the participant.

4

Follow the results

Track the performance of the challenge, the number of challenges performed and completed and daily evaluations. As challenges are completed, new ones can be easily added and more cost points can be collected.

Small steps make a big difference

It is important to remember that even small steps can make a big difference! By making small changes to your diet and lifestyle, you can achieve significant improvements over time. The Wellstep diet challenge encourages gradual and sustainable change, which is more effective than making drastic changes overnight.
