Starting a competition with Wellstep is easy whether you are a few participants or a large company.
1. Order
To get started, use the order form on our website or send us an email at info@wellstep.se.
2. Planning
Together we decide on all the details, such as the type of challenge, start date, number of days, virtual route if applicable, any restrictions and other settings.
3. Collect participants details
To get started, we need the names, email addresses and team divisions (in case of a team challenge) of all participants who will be involved. There are two options for setting this up:
The most common is to email us e.g. an Excel list with the details.
We can also set up a webpage where participants can sign up for the challenge.
4. Send out logins
A few days before the challenge starts, all participants will receive an email with login details and instructions on how to get started.
5. The challenge starts!
6. User survey
After the challenge ends, all participants can answer a short survey about the challenge.
7. Evaluation
After the challenge, it is possible for administrators to download the competition result and take it from the user survey result to evaluate the challenge.
