About Wellstep<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wellstep is owned and operated by Wellstep AB, reg. no. 559322-5187, G\u00f6teborgsv\u00e4gen 46, 431 37 M\u00f6lndal, SWEDEN.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. General<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personal data is information that can be used individually or in combination with other data to identify, locate or contact a living, physical person. It may include, for example, name, telephone number or email address.<\/p>\n<p>Processing of personal data means all the ways in which personal data is handled, the collection, analysis and storage of personal data.<\/p>\n<p>A data controller is an organisation that determines for what purposes personal data is processed and how it is processed. A data processor is anybody who processes personal data on behalf of a controller.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Controller<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wellstep AB, org. no 559322-5187, is the data controller for the processing of your data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. What kind of information do we collect?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ordering a service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When an order for a competition is placed via the website or otherwise, the following personal data may be stored of the contact person(s) placing the order:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n<li>Phone number<\/li>\n<li>Company name<\/li>\n<li>Delivery address<\/li>\n<li>Invoice address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When uploading a file in the order flow, this file is stored with the following content for all participants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For challenges, the following personal data is stored:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n<li>Steps and registered activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Demo login request<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When requesting a demo login to the service by filling in a form on the website or by email\/telephone, the following personal data of the person making the request is stored:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Company name<\/li>\n<li>Email address<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span id=\"cookies\">5. Cookies<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The website (www.wellstep.se) and the service (login via computer or in the app) use cookies &#8211; small text files that are placed on your computer to help the website provide you with a better user experience. In general, cookies are used to maintain user preferences, store information about things like shopping carts, and provide anonymized tracking information to third-party applications like Google Analytics. Simply put, cookies will improve your user experience<\/p>\n<p>If you do not want to allow cookies, you can set your browser accordingly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. How do we use the personal data?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ordering a service<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We need personal data about you as a contact person to handle any practicalities of setting up your competition. When ordering pedometers, your name, email address and phone number will be sent to the shipping company handling the delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Wellstep may use personal data to send offers to the customer of a competition.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Challenge<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To start a competition, everyone needs their login details which will be emailed to each participant.<\/p>\n<p>Participants&#8217; names will be published in the competition (can be hidden if you wish). Email addresses will not be visible to other participants in the competition, except any administrators.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Demo login request<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The personal data is used to administer the possibility of accessing additional information about our competitions prior to purchase, to provide feedback about the services and to send offers on them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. What is the legal basis for the processing? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personal data is collected and processed to conclude and fulfilling contracts. We process your data only to the extent necessary to administer the customer relationship and to enable Wellstep to fulfil its obligations to you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8. How long will the data be kept?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Personal data of the contact person\/customer is stored for 24 months from the date of the last order, after which the personal data is deleted.<\/p>\n<p>Personal data on demo requests are stored for 12 months, after which they are deleted.<\/p>\n<p>Personal data of participants in competitions are stored for 12 months after the end date of the competition, after which they are deleted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Where is the data stored<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All data is stored within the EU.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Who may have access to your personal data?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We will not sell personal data to third parties.<\/p>\n<p>Your personal data may be disclosed to public authorities as required by law or to any partners providing support services to Wellstep, including accounting, IT or logistics services. To the extent applicable, personal data processing agreements have been concluded with these partners.<\/p>\n<p><strong id=\"data_security\">11. Data security<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wellstep is committed to protecting the security of your data. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of your data. All information provided to us is stored on secure servers. We employ reasonable protections for your information that are appropriate to its sensitivity. This includes using Transport Layer Security (\u201cTLS\u201d) to encrypt many of our Services, in particular the transfer of data between your browser and our servers, and between the mobile app and our servers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. Your rights<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When we collect and process your personal data, you have certain rights. You have the right to<\/p>\n<ol type=\"a\">\n<li>Request an extract of the personal data we process and how they are processed;<\/li>\n<li>Request correction of any inaccurate data;<\/li>\n<li>Request to be deleted. However, this can only be done unless Wellstep is entitled to retain the data on some other legal basis. Please note that you will not be able to participate in a competition if you request the deletion of your data.<\/li>\n<li>Request a restriction of processing in certain circumstances, such as in the meantime, a question about the accuracy of the data is being investigated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If you wish to carry out any of the above, please contact support@wellstep.se.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13.
